Can I cancel my domain registration and receive a refund?

Once a domain is registered, it becomes non-refundable, as it is already registered on the internet.. However, if you wish to cancel your domain before the registration process begins, please contact us via email or live chat immediately after making the payment. If the registration has not been initiated, we will refund the payment to your original payment method. | |
